If they are not met within the agreed timeline, you owe no fee for that period and we continue work at no charge until they are met or the scope is revised by mutual written agreement. Management fees and any separate advertising budget are confirmed in writing before work begins. Results refer to measurable targets defined before work begins. Monthly campaign payment is due only when the agreed KPIs in your written scope are met. Results depend on market conditions, competition, budget and offer; no other guarantee is implied.
