Refund & Cancellation

One-time build/setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law. No payment is collected for standard template hosting until you approve your preview.

Hosting cancellation

Hosting is $20/month after preview approval. No long-term hosting contract. Cancel before the next billing cycle by contacting support@herodigitalmarketingagency.com. Site ownership and portability terms are defined in your service agreement.

Monthly campaigns

Campaigns are Billed monthly under a written scope. Campaign renewal, notice periods, and cancellation terms vary and are provided in writing before work begins. Monthly management charges, advertising spend, and third-party commitments are disclosed separately.

Request a refund or cancellation

Email support@herodigitalmarketingagency.com with the service and invoice or engagement reference, or call (888) 431-4376. We review requests under the written agreement and applicable law. Do not send card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.

This policy does not limit rights or remedies provided by applicable law. Read the Terms of Service and your signed service agreement for the terms of your engagement.
